Warranty Extension

This is an optional warranty extension available for any pre-built console purchased from RGH Nation. As an extension, it adds to your existing warranty. So, for example, if your console already comes with a 30-day warranty and you purchase a 30-day extension, your total warranty coverage will be 60 days.

Warranties are subject to the following:

All items have a warranty period of 30 days. If an item fails, we will replace it. We will only replace it if it's a manufacture defect. We will NOT replace an item that has been made dysfunctional via user error or by using an off brand Power Supply. Don't just return the item, you need to contact us about it first! Provide us with an order number and a detailed description of the problem.

 

All items have serial numbers which are logged. If there is any fraud or scams (of any kind) brought to our attention, that gives us every right to take legal action or deny you as a customer.
